Are products ready stock? No. All products are made to order (Pre-Order / Made-to-Order) with an estimated production time provided at the time of quotation.

Do I need to create an account to order? No. Simply contact us via WhatsApp for consultation and ordering.

How can I find out the price? Prices can be fixed, starting price, or via request for quotation. Pricing details are provided during consultation.

How does payment work? Payment is made after price agreement and confirmed manually. We do not process automatic payments on the website.

Is material legality guaranteed? Every material's legality status is verified internally before a product is published. Legal documentation can be provided upon request during consultation.
